• Collaborate with clients and partners during project execution.
• Develop implementation plans and execution methods to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Manage, monitor, and supervise project progress and quality to ensure compliance with scope and contractual requirements.
• Identify potential risks and take timely corrective measures when issues arise.
• Receive client requests and propose solutions.
• Report and update project status and progress to the Department Head and clients.
• Manage project documents and records.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management. (Outsourcing is prefered)
• Basic knowledge of Information Technology, cloud platform services, DevSecOps deployment, or software development.
• Experience supporting projects for large organizations (Banking) is a plus.
• Strong planning, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage tasks, work in teams, and work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other supporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, etc.
• Project management certification is an advantage.
• English proficiency: basic communication, ability to read and understand documents, and write reports and emails in English.
