Project Manager (English)

• Oversee fixed-price projects across the full lifecycle: finitiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Work in close partnership with sales and presales teams to build client proposals, cost estimations, and presentation materials.
• Control and balance key project factors such as scope, timeline, budget, quality, and potential risks to achieve delivery targets.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and internal stakeholders in English.
• Align and manage cross-functional resources to enhance overall project efficiency and outcomes.
• Track progress consistently and provide stakeholders with timely updates and performance reports.
• Contribute to business growth by offering project-related insights and expertise during presales engagements.

Requirements

• Strong English proficiency across all communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hands-on experience in presales activities, including proposal development and client-facing materials.
• Demonstrated track record in delivering fixed-price projects successfully.
• Solid foundation in project management, particularly in risk control and resource planning.
• Capability to lead teams independently and perform well in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Background in software development or IT outsourcing environments.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks and practices.
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA.

• Working hours start at 8:30 AM; no check-out required
• 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday), with Saturdays and Sundays off
