• Oversees project schedules, resources, scope, quality, constraints, and changes.
• Manages stakeholders' expectations and ensures project team members are recognized for their contributions.
• Collaborates closely with the PMO to identify risks, resolve issues, and develop action plans.
• Actively contributes to PMO process enhancements and participates in audit activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Possesses excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven and focused on achieving results.
• Open to embracing change and new ideas.
• Knowledgeable in the technical aspects of web and mobile development.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in English (both written and verbal), Japanese language skills are a plus.
• Holds a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Possession of a project management certification is a plus.

• Salary is adjusted twice a year, based on performance review.
