Project Manager (Japanese N2)

• Manage progress and quality of the project. Understand the customer’s requirements and deliver them in the right ways.
• Report progress periodically to management departments.
• Collaborate with the project team in analyzing the project's business documents, verifying requirements, as well as participating in system analysis and design.
• Act as a bridge to convey issues, as well as project proposals between customers and project teams.
• Coordinate with the project comtor to ensure accurate and fast communication of information to the parties.
• Participate in ensuring the quality of the system's output products before delivering to customers.

• At least 4 years of experience as Project Leader.
• Strong experience with people management and resource management for a large project or organization.
• Proven experience in scope definition, project estimation, quality management, resource management and/or risk management.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese.

• Probationary salary is 100% official salary.
