Scope of the role:

• Defining the project's objectives.
• Retrieving scopes of work for each phase of the project.
• Overseeing quality control throughout its lifecycle, acquiring resources, and coordinating the efforts of team members.
• Management of delivery schedules.
• Involving in the technical development process of the projects. Including project architects, technologies, processes, implementation, and team’s daily tasks.
• Participating in recruiting technical roles.
• Facilitate communication between teams (dev, QA, devops, ops, implementation, project management and documentation)
• Workload distribution: 60% for project management, 40% for technical work.
• Working under and reporting to CTO. Have the ability and authority to communicate across departments.

Plans:

• Understand the company’s products (Cortex, Link) and customers (BoA..).
• Understand the company’s structure, processes, and working style (between offices, teams, and inside the team).
• Understand the development team, working style, development process, and technical aspects.
• Evaluate and align the state and status of the VN development team. Define the improvement directions for the VN team.
• Helping the teams conduct constructive retrospectives.
• Research, communicate and propose applicable actions, processes, and plans to achieve the goals.
• Working with different departments, and teams to apply the changes. Keep monitoring, reevaluating, and revising changes to maintain and improve the productivity of the team.
• Help newcomers adopt our methods quickly and easily.
• Continuously learn (about team members, new things), grow (myself) and help team members grow.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field/ similar project management certifications
• Experience in managing software development projects, at least 3 years
• Good work tenure
• Technical background and strong motivation to enable understanding of the goals in depth, assisting the team to organize and make right technical decisions to meet these goals
• Good verbal and written English skills, and experience communicating with people in all levels of the organization

• Good problem-solving skills, sense of ownership and track record in leadership
