Project Coordinator

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with Korean clients, provide project updates, and translate client feedback into clear production tasks.
• Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with freelance artists and internal teams to assign tasks and follow up on project progress.
• Track project status, production schedules, and related documentation.
• Support project reporting, maintain production records, and assist in improving workflow efficiency.
• Identify project issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
• Support the Project Manager in daily project operations and resource coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, production coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• TOPIK Level 6 is required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Nice to have:

• Experience in webtoon, comics, animation, gaming, or digital content production.
• Understanding of visual content production processes and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint is a plus.
• Experience working with Korean clients or in a Korean working environment is an advantage.
