Project Coordinator Lead

• Manage project plans, schedules, and resources to make sure projects are completed on time.
• Work closely with clients, update project progress, and communicate client feedback to the production team.
• Check the quality of final deliverables before sending them to clients.
• Recruit, evaluate, assign, and manage freelance artists based on project needs.
• Track project costs, freelancer payments, and project budgets.
• Improve work processes, maintain project documents, and support production management.
• Lead and support the coordinator team, provide coaching, and solve project issues when needed.
• Prepare project reports, review team performance, forecast resource needs, and support business planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, production management, or a related role.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work with different stakeholders at the same time.
• Detail-oriented and able to organize documents and project information carefully.
• Good reporting and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Business communication in English or Korean.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Webtoon, Comics, Animation, or Digital Content production.
• Good understanding of visual content quality.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint.
• Experience working with Korean clients or in a production environment.
