• Coordinates project management activities, resources, and information
• Cooperates with client and project team to identify requirements and scope
• Monitors project progress, assists with schedule management and handling issues
• Works with Project Manager to eliminate blockers and conduct reports
• Communicates project status to all stakeholders

* Experience/Skills

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• Solid organizational skills and time management
• Strong client facing and teamwork skills
• Understands risk management and quality control

* Plus:

• English at Intermediate level (writing and verbal), and/or Japanese speaking skills
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Certification in project management field
