Production Transition Staff (Japanese)

Coordination between Japan Head quarter and the factories, in the transition of shoe products from sampling stage to mass production:

• Checking shoe samples, material color
• Checking new material test results
• Participating in meetings with factories to clear out problems
• Communication in Japanese with the Head office and factories
• This job does not involve designing shoes or making 3D CAD. We emphasize communication skills in Japanese (conversation, email, documenting).

Job Requirements:

• Working experience of at least 2 years at Japanese firms (office work).
• Japanese speaking, listening, reporting skills equivalent to JLPT N3 or BJT J3.
• Reporting skills using Excel and Power Point.
• English speaking ability, working experience with a competing brand is a plus.

日本で企画・デザイン・設計された情報をもとに、工場でサンプルを作成し、大量生産するまでの「本社と工場の連携」を担当する業務。

• 作製したサンプル、材料Colorのチェック
• 新しい材料試験結果のチェック
• 生産移行会議への参加と問題点のチェック
• 日本本社・工場との間での、日本語での問合せ・対応業務
• シューズの企画・デザインや3D CAD設計の業務ではありません。日本語でのコミュニケーション力（ 会話 ・ メール ・文書作成）を重視します。

Job Requirements:

• 日本企業で3年以上のコンピュータ使用経験がある
• JLPT N3／BJT J3取得以上、もしくはそれと同等の日本語能力（会話、聞き取り、資料作成）
• Microsoft Excel/ Power Pointを使用して資料作成する能力
• 英語の会話力、競合他ブランドでの実務経験があると尚良し

• During the trial period (60 days): 85% of basic salary

• Salary raise once a year (April) based on the company’s wage table and performance evaluation.
