Production Engineering ( Senior )

Job description:

• To design and improve machinery.

• To draw, read and management designed drawings.

• To manage all machinery and equipment of the department.

• To repair, maintain and clean machinery when problem occour.

• To planning production, monitoring and adjusting production schedule.

• To control and track the product codes in the department.

• Others are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other 

departments when necessary.

Requirement:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Machinery, Mechanical, Automation, Chemical Engineering

• Japanese communication and reporting(JLPT N3~N2). Prefer to know more about English.

• Have 3~5 years of woking experience in the same position.

• Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.

• Good at the office computer (especially Excel).

• Personnel management skills and team leadership skills (Experience managing teams of 20 

to 50+ members).

• Experience in production supervision and management, quality control, cost management, 

5S activities, improvement initiatives, ensuring stability, and ISO 9000 & 14000 standards.
