- Ensure set up of CK HCM and CF as per timeline, budget & quality

- Set up a reliable system to measure productivity and quality control of Production and work on kaizen plan to improve it

- To maximize our facility (CK, CF, in VN) and operation capability to deliver the most effective production to share the best benefit across all of our business units.

- Develop the strategy and plan how to maximize our global scale convert into our production benefit across all over the global area. 

Must have:

- Track record of management for all sites of production, quality, warehouse in a well-known food manufacturing company of high-quality standard. Prefer experience in production management in overseas.

- Factory setup experience

- Good knowledge and experience in ISO, HACCP or equivalent international standards      

- Have an overview knowledge of our Central kitchen operation (fresh items, cheese, semi...)   

Must have:

- Empathy with our vision (energetic to be part of us & have a passion for food industry)

- Strong people management & experience in large scale operations (~100+)                                       

- Positive thinking, humble, integrity, trustworthy

- Strong commitment with our company

- Quality focus with Kaizen mindset (also humble enough to learn new things)
