Mô tả công việc

Together with subordinates to solve the trouble of materials and production issued.
Planning the section vision and target base on division and company's target
To skill up the knowledge of Management for leaders
Receive information from division and carry it out at section.
Exchange information with other WP to skill up the performance and improvement
Co-operation with other departments to meet DQCSE target.
Support to improvement group to impro productivity. Compliance with the internal labor regulations of the company, environmental policy, labor safety regulations, business ethics and responsibility for reporting violations.
Communication with makers and suppliers who are related to production.

Working experience: at least 5 years of experience in maintenance and production and at least 3 years’ experience in the manager level.
Have knowledge of GEMBA, HORENSO
Management skills such as (leadership skills, strategic planning skills, communication, interpersonal skills, etc..)
Education: Bachelor or higher with a major in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related Industrial Engineering
Good command in English
