Mô tả công việc

Implementing the User Attraction Model:

  • Build, implement, and take responsibility for the monthly/quarterly business plan for the Division before the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop multi-platform content that attracts users' interest in digital assets.
  • Work with the Chief of Growth to develop events/conferences for potential clients to convert them into account holders.
  • Build online and offline communities centered around discussions on digital assets, providing clear and authoritative information about the market.
  • Develop processes and user consultation services.

Recruitment, Management, and Training of Priority Account Managers:

  • Recruit, train, and manage the team of Priority Account Managers.
  • Establish a successor team, ensuring resources for continuous and effective business plans.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in real estate, securities, gold, oil, forex, or digital assets, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Experience in investment in securities, real estate, forex (foreign exchange), or digital assets (crypto).
  • Hands-on, flexible working hours.

Preferred Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in the crypto industry.
  • Familiarity with the online and offline activities of investor communities.
