We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead our team in delivering accurate and timely building material quantity estimates. In this pivotal role, you will:

1/ Inspire and Lead Your Team

• Guide and mentor our talented Estimating teams, driving high‐quality outputs that exceed expectations
• Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to fuel professional growth.
• Champion learning with regular training sessions to sharpen skills and align with Australian building standards.

2/ Master Estimating & Process Excellence

• Spearhead the estimation of material quantities for residential and commercial construction projects with precision and speed.
• Ensure every estimate meets Australian Building Standards, client specifications, and industry‐ leading best practices.
• Streamline workflows and implement innovative process improvements for maximum accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain top‐notch quality control, reviewing designs, estimates, and production orders with a critical eye.

3/ Collaborate & Manage Stakeholders

• Partner with management and global teams to ensure estimation processes align seamlessly with customer needs.
• Be the go‐to expert for resolving complex estimation challenges and addressing customer queries.
• Work together with engineering and production teams to deliver projects that shine.

4/ Drive Strategic Success

• Stay ahead of industry trends, material costs, and cutting‐edge construction methodologies to inform smarter decisions.
• Spot risks and uncover opportunities for cost savings during the estimation process.

Who You Are:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 4 years of hands‐on experience in construction estimating, including a minimum of 2 years in managerial roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in Australian residential and commercial projects, with a strong track record of success.
• Proficient in using estimation software like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Qubit, or Buildxact.
• Skilled at interpreting construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and a solid grasp of Australian Building Codes are strong advantages.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver engineering excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Minimum IELTS score of 6.5, showcasing proficiency in English communication.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring every engineering output is precise, accurate, and of the highest quality.
• Problem‐Solving Prowess: Exceptional analytical and decision‐making abilities, tackling challenges with innovative and effective solutions.
