• Design and standardize the overall architecture for the MFBC system.
• Create reusable templates and share best practices tailored to each service.
• Lead technology selection processes and conduct architectural reviews to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Develop guidelines for managing technical debt and strategies for system re-architecture.
• Define and implement organization-wide security design standards within the architecture.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to incorporate architectural perspectives into the development cycle.
• Provide hands-on support to project teams when needed, particularly in implementation and technical debt resolution.
• Serve as a technical leader and role model both within and beyond the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in backend software development, ideally with Java or Golang, though other languages are welcome.
• Proven expertise in designing large-scale system architectures.
• Strong background in technology evaluation and leading architectural reviews.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and development teams.
• Capable of making informed technical decisions that align with business goals.
• Experience in designing integrated architectures across multiple services or products.
• Active participation and communication in technical communities.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Experience in enhancing development processes and implementing DevOps practices.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with secure architectural design.
• Ability to stay current with and lead the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Experience in identifying and addressing technical debt.
