Product Owner

• Actively engage in product design by creating Personas, Customer Journey Maps (CJM), and User Story Maps (USM).
• Develop an Inception Deck to align stakeholders and the development team.
• Understand and apply Agile software development practices.
• Create and update the Release plan.
• Set and revise sprint goals.
• Create and prioritize product backlogs.
• Conduct backlog grooming and refinement sessions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the product delivers value and achieves increments.
• Collaborate with designers to create UI/UX flows.
• Communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, release plan, and product backlogs to the development team.
• Ensure the development team correctly understands product backlogs and makes timely adjustments as needed.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure feedback is communicated to the development team.
• Prepare release documents and follow release procedures.
• Define, validate, and monitor product KPIs.
• Be responsive to stakeholders regarding project and product status at all times.
• Help refine agile methodologies based on customer feedback.
• Coach other Product Owners in Product Management and Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience in project management/planning.
• At least 3 years of experience in product/service planning or UX design.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Data-driven approach.
• Proficient in using applications or experience in website design.
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development.
• Japanese fluency is a plus.
