Product Monitor (IT Fresher/IT Monitor/Support)

Responsibilities: 

• Support development teams in detecting related to database 
• Patch Management, Vulnerability remediation. Maintenance and Monitoring
• Good working knowledge of UNIX & Windows Operating Systems & clustered environments
• Having practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability
• service
• Troubleshooting skills to effect fast problem resolution
• Works closely with US to resolve open issues, monitor schedules, and evaluate the level of
• technical support required
• Analyze, test and supervise physical database design supporting our business application
• Report daily maintenance schedule and weekly task list to Operation and Support Manager  

Note: has to sign and follow the NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) in order to access to project’s artifacts.

• Upper intermediate in English
• Time management 
• Work in the evening (MUST)
• Careful and willing to learn new things 
• Having EDI knowledge is a plus 
• Having network troubleshooting experience is a plus 

Education/Training requirements:

• IT technician OR College Degree or higher in any field of study
• B-Level certificate of English or higher
