Product Manager (HRM)

• Take full ownership and lead the development of the HRM (Human Resource Management) product for the enterprise.
• Build mid- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals in HR management, organizational development, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate directly with departments to deeply understand HR needs, challenges related to payroll, performance evaluation, permissions, management, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Analyze business processes, define product development priorities, write PRDs/User Stories, and lead the team in developing modules such as Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Timekeeping, Performance Evaluation, Employee Profiles, Approval Workflows/Roles/Permissions, etc.
• Coordinate PO, UX, Dev, and QA teams to ensure product quality and timely feature delivery.
• Oversee the entire HRM product lifecycle: from ideation, analysis → design → implementation → UAT → release.
• Monitor actual system usage performance, analyze HR data, and collect user feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Define performance evaluation metrics (KPI/OKR) for the HRM domain and report to the Executive Board.
• Collaborate in building HR dashboards, configuring rules for timekeeping, payroll calculation, access control, data security, SSO/IdP integration, and connections with other company systems.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development, with at least 3 years working with HRM systems or complex internal HR solutions.
• Preferred candidates have experience in logistics, supply chain businesses, or have participated in large-scale HRM/ERM system deployments (multi-branch).
• Experience implementing HRM/Payroll/Performance Management systems for organizations with multiple departments.
• Experienced in managing PO teams or working cross-functionally with Biz, HR, and Tech teams.

Professional Requirements

• Deep understanding and ability to model HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, employee records, compensation, training, etc.).
• Proficient in writing product documentation (PRD, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
• Strong understanding of permission systems (RBAC), approval workflows, HR data structure, and personal data protection (PDPA).
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and Excel; experience with Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
• Experience integrating HRM systems with other platforms (SSO, Payroll, CRM, WMS, etc.).

Educational & Additional Skills Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, System Management, Information Technology, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Strategic product mindset: able to balance HR management requirements with technological feasibility.
