• Conduct in-depth user data analysis, competitor research, and successful case studies in the global market.
• Develop policies and user activation programs by combining deep insights into user behavior, key metrics, and cost-effectiveness analysis.
• Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to quickly transform ideas into real features and programs.
• Build an effective measurement system to track, analyze, and continuously optimize growth campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to deploy growth programs in a synchronized manner and achieve high results.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in growth at startups or high-growth companies such as e-commerce platforms, crypto exchanges, stock trading platforms, digital wallets, digital banks, ride-hailing apps, travel booking services, etc.
• Sharp data analysis mindset, with the ability to interpret and transform data into actionable insights.
• In-depth understanding of content marketing and principles of creating engaging content.
• Proficient in growth marketing tools and AI tools to generate content quickly and more efficiently.
• Quick to adapt, proactive in learning about apps, and platform features, and acquiring knowledge about financial products.
• Innovative thinking, with the ability to adapt quickly and continuously learn.
