• Conducting in-depth user data analysis, studying competitors, and successful global case studies.

• Collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams to rapidly turn ideas into features and executable growth programs.
• Building a performance measurement system to track, analyze, and continuously optimize growth campaigns.
• Working in a team to implement growth programs in a synchronized and results-oriented manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Growth Hacking / Integrated Marketing & Communications, preferably within a fast-growing fintech or stock trading platform in Vietnam. (Open to candidates with marketing experience in crypto projects.)
• Strong data analytics mindset; ability to interpret and transform data into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of content marketing and principles for creating engaging content.
• Proficiency in growth marketing tools and AI-powered tools for fast and efficient content creation.
• Agile, proactive in exploring apps, and a quick learner in financial product knowledge.
• Innovative thinking with adaptability and a continuous learning attitude.
• IELTS 6.5 or higher.
