Purchasing (main job)

• Responsible for managing, planning, developing for whole purchasing activity of company in a
• cost-effective way, while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.
• Manage vendor relationships and build up effective partnerships.
• Set out purchasing strategies to serve business needs in Vietnam market
• Sourcing new suppliers for purchased products and services to ensure smooth operation
• Modernize procurement process by digitalization works
• Dealing with suppliers, build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers
• Discuss and solve trouble when there is defective or unacceptable goods or services with users and supplier.

Logistics

• Supporting to Supply Chain Director:
• Strengthen the company’s supply chain strategy
• Digitalize in logistic process
• Evaluate and report on KPIs, analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly, resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes & ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
• Experience as procurement manager or supply chain manager or in a similar field
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
• Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving
• A strategic and analytical mind
