• You will manage development Vietnam engineers to maximize the output of the entire development team.
• Management of development engineers.
• Coordinate task assignments with Japanese PM.
• Training of development engineers.
• Management of development teams developing CAD software or developing web applications.

Must have:

• Have basic software development knowledge
• Japanese language skills (Able to discuss technology and business with the Japanese management team and read comprehension to understand Japanese materials and documents are required. JLPT N2 or higher.)
• Experienced in managing a development team
• Management skills and a sense of responsibility

Nice to have:

• Can do code review
• Have advanced mathematics knowledge such as optimization
• Have read books on coding skills such as ”The Art of Readable Code: Simple and Practical Techniques for Writing Better Code” and ”Clean Code”

• REMOTE/ HYBRID, from Monday to Friday.
• Participate in insurance and annual health check-up program.
• 13.5 months' salary per year.

• Core time: 9:00 -15:00; 5 days/week from Monday - Friday. Output-driven, no micromanagement, and no staff control.
