• To oversee the daily operations of the estate.

• To manage all phases of work from nursery, replanting, maintenance, and monitoring of crops productions quality and etc.

• To plan, organize, direct and operating at optimum daily operations.

• To ensure operational efficiency and effective labor management.

• To innovate and plan for improvement to constantly enhance on estate performance.

• To effectively plan and manage estate's operational cost to enhance profitability.

• To regularly communicate and prepare reports to Plantation Controller.

• 7 Years + plantation/Estate management experience.

• Experience in managing different departments such as nursery, junior estate managers etc.

• Candidate should be able to manage a team of team leaders, supervisors and 400-500 workers.

• Be able to make the yearly budget and implement as per the budget.

• Be able to control upkeep, harvest, and other direct labor costs.

• High levels of work ethics and professionalism.

• Degree in agronomy, crop science is preferred

• Good English communication
