Required Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in executing physical design projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small to medium-sized teams effectively, with a focus on technical excellence.
• Proficiency in the entire Physical Design flow from RTL to GDSII.
• Strong understanding and expertise in areas such as Floor planning, Power Planning, Placement, and optimization, CTS, Routing, Design Convergence, and Sign-off, with in-depth expertise in at least one domain.
• Working knowledge of OCV, MM/MC optimization, and multi-power designs.
• Experience with static timing analysis fixes, including automated ECO generation.
• Strong skills in CTS and skew fixing.
• Experience with library preparation using tools like Synopsys, Cadence, etc.
• Familiarity with physical verification tasks at lower nodes, including DRC, LVS, ERC, PERC, Antenna, ESD, LUP analysis, and fixing at the block level/chip level.
• Ability to take complete ownership of projects from netlist/RTL to GDS for blocks at the Block level OR full chip level.
• Exposure to IP Hardening for blocks such as SERDES, USB PHY, MIPI, SATA is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, TCL is a plus.
• Ability to define project milestones, identify risks, and develop effective mitigation plans.
