Performance Marketing Specialist  plan to acquire users profitably through organic and non-organic channels for products of Indiez

1.      Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage and run multiple Global Marketing campaigns across mobile ad networks.

- Work closely with ad networks to optimize campaigns.

- Update report & support other Marketing activities.

- At least 6 months of working experience in Performance Marketing (Google/Facebook/Other Ad Networks).

- Having working experience with data to draw insights is a big plus.

- Soft skills:

• Multi-management
• Problem Solving
• Average Communication (English Writing and Speaking skills)
• Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders

- Technical skills:

• Having knowledge about mobile ad channels (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Have a good logical sense in data analysis.
• Being familiar with using mobile marketing attribution tool (e.g. Appsflyers or Adjust) is a plus
• Strong management skills to handle multiple campaigns or multiple projects.
