Performance Marketing Leader

Plan, deploy, and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok,...) to ensure products are advertised properly. progress and ensure sales and profits according to the company's plan.

• Build and deploy advertising campaigns according to company plans: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon, Ad Network,...
• Research competitors, analyze market data to plan advertising, and use budget effectively.
• Monitor, analyze data, adjust, and optimize costs of advertising campaigns: click, display, conversion costs (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CPV, CPM, CTR,...).
• Manage and coordinate personnel in the team to deploy campaigns, monitor, and provide professional support to help personnel optimize indicators for the best results.
• Prepare reports, evaluate, and propose plans to improve the overall effectiveness of the campaign.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure progress and set results.
• Other related tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in the field of performance marketing, of which at least 1 year of management experience, e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in one of the advertising tools such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Have knowledge about SEO.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
• Read and understand English quite well.
• Average budget planning and management skills $30,000/month (700-1 billion/month).
• Good management skills.
• Having experience working in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
