Develop sales/order plans and online advertising plans to attract customers, create revenue growth, and optimize costs in the company's business activities.

• Plan and adjust sales/ordering plans appropriate to each time to ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness for online advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze online advertising campaign performance to ensure set targets and goals are achieved.
• Monitor trends and analyze the online advertising market to understand the factors affecting advertising effectiveness.
• Propose and implement performance improvement measures, including optimization of advertising methods and advertising keywords. Ensure that all promotional activities comply with the regulations and policies of the company and other regulatory organizations, including privacy and data security.
• Recommend new and improved strategies based on market analysis and competitor research.
• Coordinate closely with relevant departments in the company to ensure good coordination and effectiveness in implementing advertising campaigns.
• Prepare and provide reports on advertising performance to management and other stakeholders.
• Other related tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of performance marketing, experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
• Average budget planning and management skills $40,000/month (1-2 billion/month).
• Proficient in one of the advertising tools such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Have knowledge about SEO.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
• Read and understand English quite well.
