Performance Marketing Executive

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Performance Marketing Executive. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing and have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage budgets and lead target campaigns across all digital channels;
• Develop & optimize acquisition campaigns on digital channels including Search, Display, Mobile, and Social to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC;
• Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset;
• Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models, and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met;
• Develop, build, and run A/B tests across landing pages;
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

• Based in HCMC;
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a top-tier local or international university with good academic standing (outstanding fresh graduate is welcome);
• Proven experience in data analyzing, campaign planning and paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc) on digital channels;
• Competent in writing direct-response copy;
• Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and conversant in English (fluency in both languages is a plus);
• Prior experience or good understanding of real estate/financial market is highly preferred.
