Odoo Developer (Senior/Lead)

• Participate in programming and developing ERP projects using Odoo for clients in Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, etc.
• Engage in technical analysis and solution phases.
• Work with BAs to come up with suitable solutions on Odoo.
• Work as assigned by team leader/project manager, collaborate with other teams to develop products.

Requirements:

• At least 4.5 years of experience working with Odoo.
• Experience in infrastructure, servers, etc.
• Ability to develop/customize a complete module according to business requirements. Thorough understanding of both the frontend and back end of Odoo.
• Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, Python, and Odoo Framework.
• Experience in implementing a variety of modules: Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Promotion, POS, etc.
• Experience in leadership is an advantage.
• English communication skills are a plus.
• Understanding of Agile project implementation process.
• Ability to quickly grasp issues, proactive in work.
