NodeJS Developer

• Directly work with customer to analyze and clear requirements;
• Create web applications and platforms in JavaScript, manage the data exchange between users and the servers;
• Support front-end developers by integrating their work with Node.js application;
• Design customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes;

• At least 3+ years of experience working at the same position;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
• Fluent in spoken and written in English to work directly with the customer;
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript;
• Knowledge of Node.js and relating frameworks;
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3;
• Good understanding of the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds;
• Experience consuming and building RESTful APIs;
• Experience with Express.js, Loopback, SailsJS, Meteor.js or other frameworks;
• Experience with DBMS(s) like MongoDB, MySQL;
• Experience with in-memory database like Redis;
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS…;
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less…;
• Have knowledge about Docker, Shellscript (Linux) is an advantage;
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git is an advantage;
