Mô tả công việc

  • Operate as part of the Tier 2 support team, closely coordinating with Tier 1 support to exchange information and provide advanced technical assistance; escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Manage network-related technical matters by performing in-depth investigations, responding to incidents, executing routine operational tasks, and continuously improving processes to enhance service quality and solution effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Experience managing and supporting large-scale network infrastructures with around a thousand nodes.
  • Practical background in replacing, upgrading, and maintaining network hardware within live production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental networking principles and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, proxy services, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience working with Cisco networking solutions, including Catalyst, Meraki, and Firepower; extensive experience with Cisco platforms is highly preferred.
  • Possession of a CCNA certification is mandatory, while CCNP certification is considered a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve network-related technical issues effectively.

Communication & Soft Skills

  • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, with the ability to communicate across multiple skills; strong reading, writing, and listening abilities are especially valued.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong motivation to continuously learn and keep up with emerging technologies, particularly within the Cisco ecosystem.

Additional Information

  • The role covers support responsibilities at both Level 1 and Level 2.
  • Direct communication with end users is required through ServiceNow, including email, chat, and phone interactions.
