Responsibilities

• Receive requests from clients, analyze objectives, and plan implementation.
• Work closely with creative teams to understand project requirements and develop effective strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage the quality of deliverables for all multimedia projects, including images, landing pages, videos, etc. Review all multimedia content before launch to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Coordinate production timelines, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and analyze it to continuously improve multimedia content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new methods to optimize project development.
• Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in multimedia project management, Project Management, Film Production, or related fields.
• Ensure consistency in execution and presentation of content to attract and satisfy even the most demanding clients.
• Proficient in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) with knowledge of AI trends.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and their application to multimedia content.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Salary paid in NET, calculated in USD. Employees can choose to receive payment via bank transfer/cash/USDT depending on the time and preference.
• Taxes will be handled by the company according to the laws of Thailand or any country where the company is headquartered

• Housing and Benefits: 
• Housing allowance: The company fully supports housing, utilities at a high standard: renting apartments in central Bangkok (or in capital cities of other countries) with standards similar to Vinhomes in Vietnam or higher. The number of residents per apartment depends on the number of bedrooms (Senior positions have private rooms). Apartments have pools, free gyms, supermarkets, coworking spaces, etc.
• Meal allowance: $13 - $15 per day.
• Transportation allowance: $80/month/person.
• Monthly airfare is self-paid by the employee.
• After officially joining the company, there will be a home visit policy: $150 every 3 months.
• Birthday: $50/person/year.
• Travel: $300/person/year.
• Other benefits: weddings, childbirth, bereavement, sports, health insurance each year.
