Middle Game Design (Action-RPG)

You will be responsible for leveraging content, game mechanics,  and systems to piece together a compelling live features plan and seasonal narrative for company's game.

•  Create, test, and tune game rules for live operations and seasonal gameplay in the company's games with minimum mentor's support
• Collaboratively identify and implement new ways to utilize content to keep the game fresh and engaging for players.
• Partner with producers, designers, artists, engineers and marketing to deliver compelling and live experiences.

Job requirement

• Graduation College or University
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Love playing RPG game and curious about which systems create greater engagement
• Experienced in creating mockups and prototypes hands-on in-engine (Unity preferred)
• Interested in the math and data behind successful systems design
• Self motivated, with a strong desire to learn new things
• Humble and curious, able to iterate quickly based on feedback from a game’s fan base
• Graduation College or University
