MES Operation Engineer (Chinese speaking)

1. Manage the on-site operation and maintenance of the MES system to ensure seamless production processes.
2. Perform daily troubleshooting and resolve issues on production lines, including system bugs, printer settings, and network connectivity problems.
3. Analyze and document system requirements for optimizing production line efficiency.
4. Collaborate on testing and implementing new MES functions, providing user training as needed.
5. Conduct secondary development of simple functions such as reports to enhance system capabilities.
6. Take charge of daily database operations, including maintenance, backup, and recovery procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in mainstream development languages such as JAVA or .NET; candidates with knowledge of both will be given priority.
3. Strong familiarity with basic database concepts and proficient in SQL; experience with Oracle and SQL Server preferred.
4. Prior experience in MES system operation, maintenance, or development is highly desirable.
5. Demonstrated ability in logical thinking, sharp analytical skills, and quick problem-solving capabilities.
6. Excellent learning and communication skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
7. Hardworking and dedicated, with fluency in spoken Chinese
