Job Description:
As our Marketing Director, you'll focus your efforts diving deep into vast amounts of data, looking for insights by connecting the dots, and relaying your findings to our marketing functions to pilot their steps forward. You'll get your hands dirty in extending our marketing measurement strategy across all of our online and offline marketing channels, build full-cycle marketing analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards, and work to increase our monthly marketing budgets to meet stipulated return on investment goals for each of our main users. Strategy Development & Alignment - 30%
- Work directly with the Country Manager, Chief Growth Officer and other key management stakeholders to develop, synchronise and align the marketing strategy for our Group in the market.
- Ensure there is a consolidated strategy across all marketing functions and an individual strategy is developed & executed upon for key functions including: SEO, CRM, Social Media, Performance Marketing and PR.
- Continuously align and work together with the Content Team and Commercial team to ensure delivery of key business objectives including revenue, website traffic, member & lead acquisition.
- Understand & incorporate the product, technology and data roadmaps into your marketing strategy to ensure it is aligned and plans are made in advance for new feature launches and developments.
- Analyse, interpret and make recommendations based on the data of the platform, audience and marketing channels to make strategic decisions and adjustments to roadmaps and plans as needed.
- Research the market to understand competition, new trends and development in the market to propose new solutions for growth of the company business in the market.
Leadership & Management - 30%
- Build, manage & support the complete marketing team within our company including but not limited to these functions: SEO, CRM, Social Media, Performance Marketing and PR.
- Develop processes and structure around performance management to ensure the teams are focused on driving impact and accountable to performance and targets.
- Manage the individual team members job scope, development plans, key performance indicators and MBOs.
- Provide support to junior team members across the organisation and within your team to lead them to achieving their individual and team targets.
- Assess and pro-actively propose and adjust the team structure and skill sets to match the requirements of the business.
- Carry out frequent performance reviews of the team and report back to management on these activities.
- Provide necessary and sufficient training for the teams as needed.
Project Management & Delivery - 40%
- Oversee the development and delivery of the individual teams roadmaps and day to day operations and tasks.
- Support the team in managing priorities, focus and work with other teams to align the key objectives with your team and other teams.
- Be on top of at all times key client projects, internal growth projects, content projects and product development projects to ensure you and the team are ready for delivery.
- Plan in advance the delivery of key projects and ensure the resources required are acquired and set up for delivery in advance.
- Develop launch & growth plans for each our company service including: Discover (Content), Care (Bookings), Together (Communities) and Commerce.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; healthcare or tech industry background is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in leading full-funnel digital marketing strategies, media planning and high-performing social media campaigns.
- Proven track record in driving user growth, ROI, and brand awareness, backed by solid analytics and reporting practices.
- Strong leadership and team-building experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse marketing functions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
