Marketing Manager

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SMM, CPA, influencers, etc.)
• Identify and leverage non-standard traffic sources to drive growth
• Collaborate with social media platforms, bloggers, and influencers to promote brand presence
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using performance marketing tools and A/B testing
• Make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness
• Prepare reports and insights on key metrics and KPIs
• Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders in English and Vietnamese

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (SMM and/or CPA) Preferably SMM
• Knowledge of performance marketing tools
• Ability to find non-standard traffic sources
• Experience with social media, bloggers, and influencers
• Ability to work with metrics, A/B testing, and numbers
• English — required (business communication)
• Self-organization and proactiveness
• Must have English, Vietnamese, Preferably Russian
