o Execute and implement marketing campaigns with a strong focus on the conversion of inquiries to enrolments to achieve targets.

o Conduct market research, gather information to identify business opportunities and generate reports as requested.
o Execute and implement a range of PR and student recruitment events such as online/offline webinars, educational fairs, seminars, conferences, meetings, and training events.
o Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
o Liaise with key stakeholders to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Cooperate with Administrative Officer to organize the event’s logistics, such as facilities, decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
o Promote and publicize events to ensure the number of attendees.
o Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
o Manage communication channels, including websites, landing pages, social media, Blogs, etc.
o Write, edit, and distribute content, including interactive content (infographic and testimonial videos), publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services.
o Responsible for the production and management of publications including print, fulfilment, and distribution.
o Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and act as a spokesperson for the organization.
o Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.
o Be aware of, and comply with, policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
o Ensure all communications are Data Protection compliant.
o Escalate any safeguarding issues in a timely and confidential manner.
o Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
o Distribute the end of term reports, any bespoke reporting requests as well as certificates throughout the academic year.
