Job Description

• Inform FCST, purchase orders to vendors
• Manage production timelines from pre-production to shipment; ensure orders stay on schedule and escalate risks early.
• Check OTL, track delay reasons, improvement plans and make weekly report
• Patrol factory — perform regular in-person factory visits and line checks to monitor progress, compliance, and capacity.
• Check and confirm price lists / surcharge/price confirmation documents with factories and sourcing to ensure agreed costs are accurate and applied to POs.
• Submit, collect and verify sustainability documents from related vendors
• Ensure sustainability documents are complete, valid, and stored in shared drive accordingly
• Monitor and follow up on material/trims status to prevent delays.
• Verify production quantities and ensure delivery quantities within tolerance.
• Negotiate lead times and resolve production bottlenecks with factory partners if needed
• Maintain accurate production records, purchase order trackers, delivery forecasts and pricing and sustainability records.
• Support quality assurance by providing PO details, production plan, delivery deadline,ect for any quality issue.
• Ensure factories comply with brand standards and basic social / safety requirements; escalate non-compliance.
• Work with logistics to confirm shipping dates, documentation.
• Source new vendors

Requirements:

• 5+ years apparel merchandising or production follow-up experience, preferably in sportswear/activewear at vendors or brands
• Proven experience working with garment factories and conducting on-site production checks.
• IELT 6.5 (English skills including email and verbal conversation), knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Excel; experience with PLM/ERP or production/pricing/compliance tracking tools is a plus.

• During the trial period (60 days): 85% of basic salary
