Job Description:

1. Logistics

- Follow inventory Binh Duong warehouse

- Monitor all activities at Warehouse (WH), includes Inbound & Outbound

• Taking delivery of products in and out of storage, checking the model, specification and quantity, and handling the procedures of in and out of storage.
• Manage and executive all transactions on Navision 2016 system. Control physical stock at warehouse as requested by checking vendor onsite at Binh Duong.
• Re-check all delivery documents from warehouse

- Transportation: Responsible for domestic product delivery and handover of orders.

- Manage and monitor the import and export products process:

• Check shipping documents
• Receive Arrrival Notice and coordinate with forwarder, 3PL logistics to arrange importing, customs, transportation plan Binh Duong warehouse

- Miscellaneous works (If any):

• Send documents/parcels domestically and internationally.
• Manage customs procedures for shipments delivering into Export processing zones.

2. Support Sales for FDI customers

• Follow inventory in overseas warehouse and reply to customer/dealer’s inquiry.
• Check/create PO, arrange machines, shipping schedule, shipping document
• Follow up all the pending

3. Monthly payment

• Make contract, collect documents to arrange payment of goods
• Verify all report to process payment for warehouse, transportation
• Proceed payment for the cost of all import shipments to forwarder

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Having bachelor degree in Logistic/Economic/Business major or related
• From 1-2 years of experience at the same position
• Having English skill (good at email/report, fair at communication)
