Mô tả công việc

  • Coordinate with RO to receive pre-alert shipment
  • Coordinate with customs broker to prepare customs declaration form
  • Request for taxes (import & VAT) payment
  • Coordinate with customs broker & transportation services provider to release shipments from customs and transports products to mother warehouse
  • Incoming inspection quality checking products working with 3PL warehouse
  • Data entry for products receipt from import shipments
  • Coordinate with customs broker or couriers to execute export shipments
  • Support all related internal parties for importing goods
  • Solve the irregularities goods, credit memo with shipper (if any)
  • Checking on monthly debit note and proceed payment for custom broker
  • Support audit for any request on importing (if any)
  • Monitor with local transportation vendor to ensure the products arrival date as per deployment plan requested by Planning Team
  • Coordination with local transportation to settle any unexpected issue could happen during local products transfer
  • Close monitor the delivery status report from 3PL vendors to chase for delivery for home delivery orders to be made within the targeted leadtime
  • Response to any inquiry from members via Call Center
  • Coordinate with 3PL vendors (warehouse & transportation) to settle any complaint from member on home delivery’s service
  • Provide monthly reports for local & Regional Management.
  • Provide operation support to key sales events of the Company when required.
