Licensing Manager

• Developing, proposing, overseeing and implementing the business strategy for the assigned categories
• Acts as ambassador for the category. Research & understand competitive landscape. Analyze and understand market trends, consumer trends, retailer and industry needs.
• Manage licensee portfolio as well as day-to-day relationship with licensees.
• Effective communication with multi-stake holders, including but not limited to Licensees, Licensors, Partners as well as Internal Teams
• Mentoring the team members and build up working culture following company’s visions & guidelines
• Supporting Director in everyday responsibilities
• Mindful on seeking different chances / collaborations to expand the business outside of the assigned categories is a plus.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in any related major
• Having over 5 years of experiences in Licensing or experiences in client services & understanding about consumer products, route to market, brand communication activities
• Fluent in English
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, branding communication, retail business development function, retail distribution and the retail environment
• Highly detail-oriented. Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Excellent presentation & communication skills, able to multi-task
• Analytical/Strategic Thinker
• Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, able to work in a fast pace environment
• Collaborative & Proactive. Open, Fair & Transparent mindset
