• Leading and managing a team of Custom Layout engineers, providing guidance and direction to ensure project success.
• Overseeing project management processes to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Training and mentoring junior engineers to facilitate their ramp-up and enhance their execution capabilities.
• Contributing to the development of effective technical documentation processes to streamline workflows.
• Playing a key role in the growth and advancement of the Custom Layout practice.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Analog Mixed Signal / RF layout-design.
• Intermediate English with the ability to communicate at basic level.
• Strong understanding of CMOS fundamentals, IC fabrication, and circuit basics.
• Proficiency in IC layout design flow and familiarity with reliability issues.
• Good exposure to EDA tools such as Virtuoso L/XL, Assura, PVS, and Calibre.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Experience working with finFET technology nodes (16nm & below), preferred.
• Previous experience in team and project management, desired.
