• Calculate standard time (ST) for production processes and utilize the results to design and optimize production lines. Perform line balancing to ensure efficient workflow, minimize idle time, and maximize productivity. Develop and maintain “3 Standard Tables” (Standard Work Combination Table, Standard Work Chart, and Standard Operation Sheet) to standardize operations and support stable production.
• Participate in process and equipment analysis to evaluate current manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess potential risks in both processes and equipment, and propose preventive or corrective actions to ensure quality and operational stability.
• Manage the procurement, monitoring, and control of components, tools, and related materials required for production. Ensure that all necessary items are available, properly tracked, and meet production requirements. Maintain and organize departmental documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and quality issues. Propose improvement ideas based on data-driven insights and support implementation of solutions aimed at enhancing factory performance, productivity, and product quality.
• Prepare reports related to process performance, improvement activities, and operational results. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to improving factory capabilities, including production efficiency, process stability, and quality control. Actively participate in internal improvement programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing production needs and priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial production environments.
• Ability to communicate in English at work (Japanese is an advantage), sufficient for coordination, reporting, and technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, including line balancing, time study (ST calculation), and process optimization.
• Good understanding of manufacturing technology and industrial production systems.
• Professional skills in document management, with the ability to organize, maintain, and control technical and operational documents effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to propose improvements and work collaboratively with multiple departments.
