Job Description:

• Meeting interpreting and document translation (Korean, English, Vietnamese)
• Managing payment documents (collecting invoices, making payment request, inputing in system, finishing document)
• Working on SAP, BRAVO systems
• Managing budget (status checking, increase requesting, annual planning, recording)
• Managing records of official letters and documents
• Checking and reporting company related news
• Office asset management
• Supporting visitor and expert 
• Managing office, other works

Job Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related major
• Fluent in English and Korean (Higher than TOPIK 5 is preferred, verified in an verbal interview)
• Having experience and willing to work in related field
• Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Being available for business trip
• Responsible, accountable, can work independent & under pressure, willing to learn new things & do new tasks

• 1-month probation - 85% of official salary
