Key Account Management Part-time/Full-time

Merchant Relationship Management:

• Manage accounts and ensure new/current mall sellers achieve commercial and operational excellence on SSSMARKET

• Understand KA seller's ambitions, identify what seller needs to grow on SSSMARKET and execute relevant strategies to Manager

• Regularly forecast the volume from the key sellers

• Identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth volume/revenue of accounts & develop a trusted relationship with them

• Educate KA sellers on SSSMARKET's platform features and policies, and engage them to participate in campaigns

• Work with SSSMARKET seller center and Manager, following campaign and optimize KA Seller performance

• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager

• Prior experience in Business Administration Fashion or sales in E- commerce, E-wallet, etc.

• Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization

• Communication skills and negotiation skills

• Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners

• Attention to details, able to understand processes and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately
