HIRING INFORMATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To check daily sale tracking files performed by offline, mall, and e-commerce sale teams to clear receivables weekly.
• To record revenue transactions on amis software and issue sale invoices to send out to customers.
• To book cash received from bank accounts, e-wallet weekly.
• To issue sale invoices for offline stores, and malls.
• To record e-commerce expenses of e-commerce channels: shopee, lazada, and tiktok monthly. 
• To keep payment doc, vat invoices, and contracts. 
• To check documents and do domestic payments on e-banking. 
• To record bank transactions of payable accounts. 
• To record goods, packaging, and embellishment input for imports and domestic deliveries. 
• To track packaging monthly and do stock counts quarterly. 
• Other duties assigned by the senior general accountant. 

REQUIREMENTS

- 0 - 1 year-experience.

- Having experience at the accounting service company is preferred.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Problem-solving.

- Proficiency in microsoft office, especially in excel.

- Basic skills in english communication
