• Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development
• Focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership.

• work done meets the necessary requirements and quality.

Technical:

• Leads teams in the planning, designing and development of software applications or specialized
• utility programs /network and/ or hardware environment that will enhance the organization's/clients’
• ability to achieve strategic goals and targets.
• Develop business continuity plan and framework
• Provide technical guide, proper instruction to low level members.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major
• From 2 years of working experience in project management as a BrSE or Project Leader, Team Leader/ QA/Tester
• Experience in estimation, and implementation of complex project
• Software Development knowledge or Hands-on experience in technologies such as Java, .Net, Python, etc.
• Good knowledge or Hands-on experience in SQL/non-SQL databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiar with software development life cycle such as Waterfall, Agile methodology
• Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications
• Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
• Good at Japanese (JLPT N2+)
• Leadership skills
