Duties:
● Oversee the full lifecycle of IT development projects, from initiation and planning to execution, delivery, and closure.
● Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather information, understand their business challenges, analyse business requirements, and provide solutions
● Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure delivering projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
● Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and develop contingency plans.
● Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
● Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, reports, and post-project evaluations.
Qualifications:
● Degree in IT or Business Management or related disciplines
● 3-5 years of experience in IT project development
● Solid background in system implementation, solution planning and delivery
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance technical and business requirements.
● Strong project management, interpersonal and leadership skills
