We are offering an immediate opening for an IT & Cloud Operations Support based in our Ho Chi Minh office. The vacancy is ideal for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely feedback, and support the integration of new partners, among other duties. You must be able to work as part of a team and be able to communicate at all levels as well across all functions. You also can quickly shift gears between projects, and never have any trouble finding more work to do.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES: 

• Handle daily IT operations by analyzing, troubleshooting and providing 1st level support to business users via phone and email
• Be on stand-by to interface with product and engineering teams when issues arise and get escalated cross tracking tools & platform in a cloud-based environment 
• Manage client accounts and set up integration links; identify and diagnose software issues to fix and improve the product experience of users
• Set up server to server & API integrations from scratch 
• Create domain names in AWS Route 53 and secure them by applying SSL certificates
• Support the installation, configuration, administration, and monitoring of AWS cloud-based infrastructure
• Assist in creating knowledge base articles, checklists, FAQs and End User training
• Research, integrate and troubleshoot third parties for optimization of workflow
• Manage IT assets and equipment to improve office process in architecture and helpdesk

• English fluency is a must
• Experience in managing API and S2S integrations
• Experience working with tracking platforms, preferably Affise, others ie HasOffers, Cake etc. will be considered relevant too
• Solid understanding of cloud concepts including domain registration, DNS, SSL certificates and email flow
• Basic knowledge in analyzing API callbacks
• Understanding of types of network and server equipment, like firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, etc.
• Good skills in analyzing, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing/Digital Advertising is not mandatory but desired
• Experience working with AWS and in particular Route 53 highly desirable
