Position: Architect / Interior Designer (fulltime/parttime)

·        Probation Period: 02 months

·        Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 17:30pm); Saturday (8:30am to 12:30pm)

·        Minimum 2-year proven experience as Architect or Interior Designer.

Job description:

·        Perform interior design/technical drawings/architecture design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation;

·        Perform author supervision as client’s requirements;

·        Develop New Interior Design system;

·        V&M Kitchen and Furniture;

·        Develop living Products;

·        Design Residence & Commercial Projects;

·        Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting;

·        Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction;

Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.

·        Have Bachelor Degree or College Diploma in Interior design/ Architecture or related field;

·        At least 2 experience.

·        Familiar with CAD / 3DMAX/ 3D Modelling;

·        Creativity and understanding of color, type, imagery and composition;

·        Hungry for learning, enthusiastic with working in a fast-paced startup environment;

·        Have excellent interpersonal and organizing skills, great attitude towards work and coworkers, respect deadlines and directions from Leader/ Director;

·        Good communication skill with client and team.

·        Sense of humor and a taste in music are strongly recommended!
